TPH-Best\u00fcckung von Leiterplatten, auch bekannt als Durchkontaktierung, ist eine Methode zur Befestigung elektronischer Komponenten auf einer Leiterplatte (PCB), bei der L\u00f6cher durch die Leiterplatte gebohrt und diese mit Pads auf der gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seite verl\u00f6tet werden. Diese Methode wird h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr Leiterplatten verwendet, die eine hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Haltbarkeit und mechanische Festigkeit erfordern, wie z. B. in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, in der Automobilindustrie und bei milit\u00e4rischen Anwendungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der PCB TPH-Montageprozess besteht aus mehreren Schritten, die im Folgenden kurz beschrieben werden:<\/p>\n<p>- Bohren: Die Leiterplatte wird entsprechend den Designvorgaben mit L\u00f6chern gebohrt. Die L\u00f6cher sind in der Regel mit Kupfer beschichtet, um elektrische Verbindungen zwischen den Schichten der Leiterplatte herzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>- Einsetzen von Bauteilen: Die elektronischen Bauteile werden in die L\u00f6cher der Leiterplatte eingesetzt, entweder von Hand oder mit Hilfe von Automaten. Die Bauteile haben Leitungen oder Stifte, die durch die L\u00f6cher f\u00fchren und auf der anderen Seite der Leiterplatte herausragen.<\/p>\n<p>- L\u00f6ten: Beim L\u00f6ten wird geschmolzenes L\u00f6tzinn auf die Bauteilanschl\u00fcsse und Pads auf der Leiterplatte aufgetragen, wodurch eine starke und dauerhafte Verbindung entsteht. Das L\u00f6ten kann von Hand oder mit Hilfe von Wellenl\u00f6t- oder Selektivl\u00f6tmaschinen erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>- Reinigung: Die Leiterplatte wird gereinigt, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Lot, Flussmittel oder Verunreinigungen zu entfernen, die ihre Leistung oder ihr Aussehen beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten. Die Reinigung kann mit Wasser, L\u00f6sungsmitteln oder mit Ultraschall erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>- Pr\u00fcfung: Die Leiterplatte wird getestet, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die Funktions- und Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen erf\u00fcllt.
