In diesem Artikel berichten wir \u00fcber unsere Erfahrungen bei der Entwicklung von 5G-CPE, vom Schaltplanentwurf bis zur Leiterplattenmontage.<\/p>\n<h3>Schematischer Entwurf<\/h3>\n<p>Der erste Schritt unseres Entwicklungsprozesses bestand darin, den Schaltplan des 5G-CPE-Ger\u00e4ts zu entwerfen. Der Schaltplan ist eine grafische Darstellung der elektrischen Verbindungen und Komponenten des Ger\u00e4ts. Der Schaltplan zeigt, wie die Stromversorgung, das 5G-Modul, das Wi-Fi-Modul, das Ethernet-Modul, die Antenne und andere Teile angeschlossen und konfiguriert sind. Der Schaltplan gibt auch die Werte und Nennwerte der Widerst\u00e4nde, Kondensatoren, Induktivit\u00e4ten, Dioden, Transistoren und anderer Komponenten an.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Entwurf des Schaltplans haben wir [EAGLE] verwendet, ein Software-Tool, mit dem wir Schaltpl\u00e4ne einfach und effizient erstellen und bearbeiten k\u00f6nnen. EAGLE verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Bibliothek mit Tausenden von Standardkomponenten, die wir per Drag-and-Drop in unseren Schaltplan ziehen k\u00f6nnen. Das PCB-Layout ist eine physische Darstellung der Anordnung und Platzierung der Komponenten und Leiterbahnen auf der Leiterplatte. Das PCB-Layout zeigt, wie die Komponenten auf der Platine montiert sind, wie die Leiterbahnen zwischen ihnen verlegt sind und wie die Platine geformt und dimensioniert ist.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Entwurf des PCB-Layouts haben wir [KiCad] verwendet, ein Softwaretool, mit dem wir PCB-Layouts einfach und effizient erstellen und bearbeiten k\u00f6nnen. KiCad verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Funktion, mit der wir unseren Schaltplan aus EAGLE importieren und darauf basierend automatisch ein PCB-Layout erstellen k\u00f6nnen. Bei der Leiterplattenmontage werden die Komponenten entsprechend dem Leiterplattenlayout auf die Leiterplatte gel\u00f6tet.
