ensamblaje TPH de PCB, tambi\u00e9n conocido como ensamblaje de orificio pasante chapado, es un m\u00e9todo de fijaci\u00f3n de componentes electr\u00f3nicos a una placa de circuito impreso (PCB) mediante orificios taladrados a trav\u00e9s de la placa y sold\u00e1ndolos a almohadillas en el lado opuesto. Este m\u00e9todo se utiliza mucho en placas de circuito impreso que requieren gran fiabilidad, durabilidad y resistencia mec\u00e1nica, como en aplicaciones aeroespaciales, de automoci\u00f3n y militares.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de montaje de PCB TPH consta de varias fases, que se describen brevemente a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>- Taladrado: La placa de circuito impreso se taladra con agujeros de acuerdo con las especificaciones del dise\u00f1o. Los agujeros suelen recubrirse de cobre para crear conexiones el\u00e9ctricas entre las capas de la placa.<\/p>\n<p>- Inserci\u00f3n de componentes: Los componentes electr\u00f3nicos se insertan en los orificios de la placa de circuito impreso, ya sea manualmente o mediante m\u00e1quinas automatizadas.
