Le CPE 5G peut offrir un service internet plus rapide et plus fiable que les routeurs ou modems traditionnels, car il peut prendre en charge une bande passante plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une latence plus faible et une couverture plus large. Dans cet article, nous partagerons notre exp\u00e9rience de d\u00e9veloppement d'un CPE 5G, de la conception des sch\u00e9mas \u00e0 l'assemblage des circuits imprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Conception sch\u00e9matique<\/h3>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de notre processus de d\u00e9veloppement a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir le sch\u00e9ma de l'appareil CPE 5G. Le sch\u00e9ma est une repr\u00e9sentation graphique des connexions \u00e9lectriques et des composants de l'appareil. Il montre comment l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique, le module 5G, le module Wi-Fi, le module Ethernet, l'antenne et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont connect\u00e9s et configur\u00e9s. Le sch\u00e9ma pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement les valeurs et les caract\u00e9ristiques des r\u00e9sistances, des condensateurs, des inductances, des diodes, des transistors et d'autres composants.<\/p>\n<p>Pour concevoir le sch\u00e9ma, nous avons utilis\u00e9 [EAGLE], un outil logiciel qui nous permet de cr\u00e9er et d'\u00e9diter des diagrammes sch\u00e9matiques facilement et efficacement. EAGLE dispose d'une biblioth\u00e8que de milliers de composants standard que nous pouvons glisser et d\u00e9poser dans notre sch\u00e9ma. L'agencement du circuit imprim\u00e9 est une repr\u00e9sentation physique de la disposition et de l'emplacement des composants et des traces sur le circuit imprim\u00e9. Elle montre comment les composants sont mont\u00e9s sur la carte, comment les traces sont achemin\u00e9es entre eux et comment la carte est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e et dimensionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour concevoir le circuit imprim\u00e9, nous avons utilis\u00e9 [KiCad], un logiciel qui nous permet de cr\u00e9er et d'\u00e9diter des circuits imprim\u00e9s facilement et efficacement. KiCad dispose d'une fonction qui nous permet d'importer notre sch\u00e9ma depuis EAGLE et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer automatiquement un sch\u00e9ma de circuit imprim\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de celui-ci. L'assemblage du circuit imprim\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 souder les composants sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la disposition de ce dernier. L'assemblage du PCB exige pr\u00e9cision et exactitude, car toute erreur ou d\u00e9faut peut affecter les performances ou la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de l'appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Pour assembler le circuit imprim\u00e9, nous avons fait appel \u00e0 [JLCPCB], un fabricant professionnel de circuits imprim\u00e9s qui propose des services d'assemblage de circuits imprim\u00e9s de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 des prix avantageux. JLCPCB dispose d'une fonction qui nous permet de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger notre fichier de mise en page de PCB et de commander nos PCB en ligne. JLCPCB dispose \u00e9galement d'un large inventaire de composants standard que nous pouvons choisir pour l'assemblage de nos PCB. JLCPCB peut livrer nos circuits imprim\u00e9s assembl\u00e9s en quelques jours.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s le CPE 5G, de la conception des sch\u00e9mas \u00e0 l'assemblage des circuits imprim\u00e9s, \u00e0 l'aide de divers outils logiciels et services. Ce projet nous a beaucoup appris et nous sommes fiers de notre r\u00e9ussite.
