montagem de PCB TPH, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como montagem atrav\u00e9s de orif\u00edcios revestidos, \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes electr\u00f3nicos a uma placa de circuitos impressos (PCB) utilizando orif\u00edcios perfurados atrav\u00e9s da placa e soldando-os a almofadas no lado oposto. Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 amplamente utilizado em placas de circuito impresso que exigem elevada fiabilidade, durabilidade e resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, como nas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es aeroespaciais, autom\u00f3veis e militares.<\/p>\n<p>O processo de montagem de PCB TPH consiste em v\u00e1rias etapas, que s\u00e3o brevemente descritas a seguir:<\/p>\n<p>- Perfura\u00e7\u00e3o: A placa de circuito impresso \u00e9 perfurada com orif\u00edcios de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto. Os furos s\u00e3o normalmente revestidos com cobre para criar liga\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9ctricas entre as camadas da placa.<\/p>\n<p>- Inser\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes: Os componentes electr\u00f3nicos s\u00e3o inseridos nos orif\u00edcios da placa de circuito impresso, quer manualmente quer atrav\u00e9s de m\u00e1quinas automatizadas. Os componentes t\u00eam cabos ou pinos que se estendem atrav\u00e9s dos orif\u00edcios e sobressaem no outro lado da placa.<\/p>\n<p>- Soldadura: O processo de soldadura envolve a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de solda derretida nos condutores e almofadas dos componentes da placa de circuito impresso, criando uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o forte e permanente. A soldadura pode ser feita \u00e0 m\u00e3o ou utilizando m\u00e1quinas de soldar por onda ou m\u00e1quinas de soldar selectivas.<\/p>\n<p>- Limpeza: A PCB \u00e9 limpa para remover qualquer excesso de solda, fluxo ou contaminantes que possam afetar o seu desempenho ou aspeto. A limpeza pode ser feita com \u00e1gua, solventes ou m\u00e9todos ultra-s\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>- Testes: A PCB \u00e9 testada para garantir que cumpre os requisitos funcionais e de qualidade.
