O CPE 5G pode oferecer um servi\u00e7o de Internet mais r\u00e1pido e fi\u00e1vel do que os routers ou modems tradicionais, uma vez que pode suportar uma maior largura de banda, menor lat\u00eancia e uma cobertura mais ampla. Neste artigo, partilharemos a nossa experi\u00eancia de desenvolvimento de CPE 5G, desde a conce\u00e7\u00e3o esquem\u00e1tica \u00e0 montagem de PCB.<\/p>\n<h3>Desenho esquem\u00e1tico<\/h3>\n<p>O primeiro passo do nosso processo de desenvolvimento foi desenhar o esquema do dispositivo CPE 5G. O esquema \u00e9 uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica das liga\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9ctricas e dos componentes do dispositivo. O esquema mostra como a fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o m\u00f3dulo 5G, o m\u00f3dulo Wi-Fi, o m\u00f3dulo Ethernet, a antena e outros componentes est\u00e3o ligados e configurados. O esquema tamb\u00e9m especifica os valores e as classifica\u00e7\u00f5es das resist\u00eancias, condensadores, indutores, d\u00edodos, trans\u00edstores e outros componentes.<\/p>\n<p>Para desenhar o esquema, utiliz\u00e1mos o [EAGLE], uma ferramenta de software que nos permite criar e editar diagramas esquem\u00e1ticos de forma f\u00e1cil e eficiente. O EAGLE tem uma biblioteca de milhares de componentes normalizados que podemos arrastar e largar no nosso esquema. A disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da placa de circuito impresso \u00e9 uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica da disposi\u00e7\u00e3o e coloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes e dos tra\u00e7os na placa de circuito impresso. O layout da PCB mostra como os componentes s\u00e3o montados na placa, como os tra\u00e7os s\u00e3o roteados entre eles e como a placa \u00e9 moldada e dimensionada.<\/p>\n<p>Para conceber a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da placa de circuito impresso, utiliz\u00e1mos o [KiCad], uma ferramenta de software que nos permite criar e editar disposi\u00e7\u00f5es de placas de circuito impresso de forma f\u00e1cil e eficiente. O KiCad tem uma funcionalidade que nos permite importar o nosso esquema do EAGLE e gerar automaticamente um esquema de PCB com base no mesmo. A montagem da PCB \u00e9 o processo de soldar os componentes na placa de circuito impresso de acordo com o esquema da PCB. A montagem da placa de circuito impresso requer precis\u00e3o e rigor, uma vez que qualquer erro ou defeito pode afetar o desempenho ou a funcionalidade do dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p>Para montar a placa de circuito impresso, utiliz\u00e1mos a [JLCPCB], um fabricante profissional de placas de circuito impresso que oferece servi\u00e7os de montagem de placas de circuito impresso de alta qualidade a pre\u00e7os baixos. A JLCPCB tem uma funcionalidade que nos permite carregar o nosso ficheiro de esquema de PCB e encomendar as nossas PCBs online. JLCPCB tamb\u00e9m tem um grande invent\u00e1rio de componentes padr\u00e3o que podemos escolher para a nossa montagem de PCB. A JLCPCB pode entregar as nossas placas de circuito impresso montadas em poucos dias.<\/p>\n<p>Desenvolvemos com \u00eaxito o CPE 5G, desde a conce\u00e7\u00e3o esquem\u00e1tica at\u00e9 \u00e0 montagem da placa de circuito impresso, utilizando v\u00e1rias ferramentas e servi\u00e7os de software.
